147. Locked Out
Amy decides to try the wooden doorway on the left wall near the entrance. It's made of solid oak. Next to the door a bust of William Shakespeare sits in a recess in the wall. Amy has a goofy thought. She reaches out to pull on the forehead, testing to see if it opens up. But no. She has not stumbled on Wayne Manor, and the bust contains no hidden entrance to the Bat Cave. She turns her attention back to the door. The handle refuses to move, no matter how insistently she jiggles it. She has nothing to break it down with and she's not sure she'd want to if she could. Amy decides to try exploring elsewhere.
