264. Return to the Greenhouse

Amy decides to go back to the greenhouse to commune with nature, or at least an artificial facsimile thereof. As she walks in she notes that all around her flowers are now in bloom where they weren't just a short time ago. She walks over to the planter to have a seat and admire the new, more colorful greenery.

As she looks at the plants, she does notice a curious color scheme. All of the flowers seem to be cold colors, blacks, deep purples, browns, dark burgundy reds. She finds it unusual, but shrugs it off as the personal taste of the gardener or her employer.

Just then Amy notices that blooming right behind her from the remains of the giant Venus Flytrap are the most amazingly beautiful black roses. Amy feels a strange compulsion to reach out and pick one. A voice in her head informs her matter-of-factly that to do so would be a grievous error.

What should Amy do?
