322. Puddle of Mud

Amy decides to take the mud bath. After all she's been through, she deserves it. She feels the mud and finds it piping hot, just the way it's (apparently) supposed to be. She strips off her clothes, steps in, and sinks down into her neck in the mud. Soon she has fallen asleep.

Amy awakens with a start to discover that she has fully submerged herself in the mud. She nearly asphyxiates as she struggles to get out of the gooey mess she willingly put herself into. She manages to stand up and sees herself in a mirror, covered from head to toe in warm mud.

She steps out of the bath and makes her way toward the shower, which is a disturbingly long distance from the mud. It occurs to her that the distance was probably oriented around the super-fast, super-strong Stephenson family, not a normal human like her. Amy feels her progress slow as the mud tightens around her. She struggles for every inch until, right on the edge of the shower, the mud finishes drying into clay, leaving Amy stuck.

Stacy eventually finds her, but whatever friendship she had with Amy ended when Amy proved herself lacking even the minimal intelligence necessary to walk upstairs, let alone thwart Master Stephenson's marriage plan. The excess clay is scraped from Amy's form, leaving a lean, tight statue of Amy, and Amy is placed in the Grand Hallway to serve as a curio and conversation piece, still posed in a walking position, desperately reaching out with one arm for a shower she will never reach.

Amy is in no condition to continue this adventure.
